I am in a bad mood when I don't have money and can't do something I want to do because of it.
I continuously look for decent paying jobs on line. When I finally get too tired of doing that I usually lay in the sun for a little while and read. Y!A usually cheers me up too.

Selfish people put me in a bad mood. I cannot stand it when all a person can think about is himself or herself. In order to get out of this mood I have to stop being around them.

I get cranky when my boss questions my work. She usually leaves me alone to work independently but every once in a while she will take a more active management role. It doesn't happen very often, but it's irritating when it does happen.
I just go home and have a glass of wine and read my book. The stress and tension all melt away on the ride home.

What puts me in a bad mood is answering these dumb questions all day. What gets me out of it is answering these questions.

hunger will put me in a bad mood. food gets me out of it. or if im just having a bad day my two year old little girl can usually fix it with a single smile.awwww

Thats a funny question! I would say right now anything stupid, anybody disagreeing with me, and long days at work, but I am also extremely hormonal right now with my pregnancy....but what gets me out of it....journaling, cleaning, talking on the phone, taking a nap and of course BEN AND JERRY'S CHERRY GARCIA ice cream!

people treating me like a child really puts me in a bad mood
my older bro puts me in a bad mood
mouth- breathers put me in a bad mood
slow, stupid drivers put me in a bad mood
BUT....my boyfriend gets me outta all my bad moods...hes perfect and always makes me laugh and smile.

i am italian and i seem to have a horrible temper no matter what. What throws me over the edge is cheating.
