Sure.
A fence does little to nothing to keep out potential illegals crossing over. Returning undocumented immigrants already in the US will be a costly task that would eventually end in utter failure as the majority will find their way back, wasting billions (if not trillions) in attempting to enforce antiquated immigration statutes.

Would you pay $5 or more for a head of iceberg lettuce or $10 for a small basket of strawberries? Maybe for economic reasons there is a way of working things out. That said, however we have some here but don't need more.

Only the pointlessness of it. Did you know that the Wall's only natural enemy is the Tunnel? Motivated people will always go to the greener pastures, and are far more resourceful than the bureacrats who would attempt to stop them. God Forbid we let anymore resourceful and motivated people into the country.

Not cost effective. Plain and simple. The hurt it would have on the econopmy to not only find them, round them up and deport them, much less the immense loss of labor.. not good math.

because it wouldn't work. they would swim around, climb over, dig under, or cut through it. why spend all that taxpayers money when employers could be fined for hiring them, and all social services denied them? so much easier, and more cost effective. we have already spent too much American cash on illegals as it is. oh, and do away with the "anchor baby" policies in this country. if at least one of your parents isn't an American citizen or national, you get deported. period.

No, but I strongly believe that all current immigration laws should be strictly enforced and those breaking the law should be deported, No exceptions for law breakers, no amnesty.
