I have a large scar from when I gave my kidney to my brother. He only has a little scar from where they put it. I try not to dwell on my emotional scars.

10 years ago I got a muscle/skin infection in my right leg. I was in the hospital for two weeks, and almost lost the leg. The skin infection left a scar between the knee and the ankle that looks like the Pope's funny tall hat.
FYI - it took me eight months to be able to walk right again. Most of that time walking with a cane and a drunken sailor limp.

Emotional. My mom used to beat me everyday. Usually with a switch. But she would also use a broom, mop, spatula, or whatever she could find. THis has messed me up, as an adult.
