I had computer problems, wound up with several email and chat blocker spywares, family keylogger and lastly spyware.spyarsenal.log, I can't get that spyware arsenal off my machine, it was to the point I was hacked because an admin pw area came up. I fiddled around and got all off and rid of the admin pw problem but the arsenal remains. It was not detected on nortons, spyware blaster, avg, but it was on kaperski and arovax. what will remove it for good and is the most secure spyware protection and antivirus/firewall available I'd prefer not to have to try to order something online so where could I go to buy the program(s)?

Scan your computer with Spybot and Adaware.
No single program can detect and eradicate all spyware. It is best to use multiple programs, I recommend using Ad-aware and Spybot which are among the best (they are free).
Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best, but it's not free (see the Consumer Search source for more information).
Running these programs in Safe Mode (tap F8 after powering on the computer and choose to boot to Safe Mode) can be more effective.

This spyware "warning" from windows, is actually a thirdparty program trying to get you to purchase some bogus anti-spyware software. You really only have to options at this point, taking your computer into a expert and paying a hefty fee. Or (And im not promising you anything, but this did work for me) trying some software like ad-ware or http://Spywareremoval.w57.net
