this is a prime example of why people should allow email & have info on there profile.......................
most of the answers are WRONG......... Yam 600.. WHAT??
if you follow the advice of the people telling you to fill it with antifreeze.... You may fill the air box with coolant...Bike probablly will still start... but it wont run for long...LMFAO
the bloke that asked for make, model. other info would probablly give a good answer if he knew what you were riding...

Mix regular antifreeze and water 50/50.
