Wlhy on earth are you skipping school at 13? Is it THAT bad?

To answer your question, yes, if one of the conditions of your probation is to go to school, and you get caught skipping, they can violate you, and back you go to Juvy. Is that the life you want for yourself? Good God, just go to school and get your education. You can put up with the crap if you really want to. Life does not all have to be fun and games and partying. Get your education, then have some fun. Believe it or not, there is time for both. And if it's not cool to go to school, then you need to find new friends, because they do not have YOUR best interests at heart. Only you can make the decision on whether you want to be a productive adult, or sit your butt in jail, end up a single teenaged parent, work in a fast food restaraunt, or live on the streets your whole life. Make the wise choice, the mature choice, since you seem to be in a hurry to grow up, and go to school.

Truancy laws exist in a lot of places. That's what you would be arrested under.

Yep, they sure can. Truancy is a crime.

But then guess who gets 'notified' when they do arrest you and if you continue, who pays the cost along with you?
