Yip ive just came in from work i have no Avatar.. saying that, it comes and goes nearly every day.. 360 wont let me read comments, messages ect

YES, all my contacts have disappeared...
only a empty box remains...plus I lost alot of messages...I WISH THEY WOULD FIX WHAT IS WRONG.!!
PLUS: I am getting double messages in the email account...
