I've noticed that many fans of rap music don't actually listen to they lyrics. They just enjoy the rhythms and the beats of it.

How you gon' diss God? He is real and is the only reason you're here on this earth(which God created), not that test tube. I'm not dissin' you about being atheist(But I will lyrically, because God gave me the mind and skill to do so) because the only possible reasons you are an atheist is because...
you are mad at God because you didn't always get what you wanted(even though you got what you needed), you're in denial, you were told not to believe in God, being a Christian is hard, or you weren't pushed to believe in God. What I would do is pray for forgiveness now and ask God to save and help you, and by God, I mean Jesus Christ, not some false idol like Buddha or Allah. Jesus will love you forever and you should return the favor for the 70 more years that you will only live if you live them through Jesus.
As for your question, some Christians, like me, listen to rap because it is entertainment. Most of us aren't going to superman a h0 let alone kill somebody, just because we heard it on a song.

Because some people are stronger in their faith than others. People can be exposed to sin without it causing them to sin. Example: You CAN listen to death metal without wanting to kill someone. Also, some people call themselves Christian because they attend church--it's about being a follower of Christ, not about how many times you go to Church.
