What kind of waves do satalites give out? what color?

Since you wonder what waves they 'give off' that would imply that you want to know about communication satellites (and not scientific satellites, which 'take in' different wavelengths).

Satellite have a purpose like repeating TV signals. They produce telemetry which is just remote measurements . As far as color they probably have a reflective surface to keep the heat down.
