Yes, but 17 is awfully young to be getting married. Give yourself a chance to learn about being an adult first.

In Texas, you would normally have to be 18 or be 16 and have parent's consent. Since you are emancipated and at least 16, you could get married IF your fiance were also emancipated and at least 16, had parent's permission and was at least 16, or was at least 18.
Lavrenti has the right idea. You are really young and should probably wait a while before jumping into that.

Simple answer is YES.
Once emancipated you shed the bonds of a minor and are considered an adult.
In Texas law you have the specific right upon emancipation to marry, enter into contracts (albeit you do not have the protection of voidability of a minor) and establish a residence.

In Texas you can get legally married at 17, emancipated or not and without parental consent. the marriage would result in your automatic emancipation.

In the eyes of the law you are concidered an adult so yes.........
But hun..... please listen.... I was 17 fresh out of high school, married my high school sweetheart..... married 16 years..... he beat the hell out of me all the time after the second year ( after he had me pregnant and too scared to leave) Didnt know he was beginning to use drugs.... by the time i divorced him he was deep into meth....... so it keep getting worse.
You have your whole life dont rush it, get to know this person inside and out..... make sure its what you want, before you say I DO.
