It's a fridge I have at work, so hairdryer I don't think will work

Turn it off.
Open the door.
Take out any food.
Using a hair dryer heat the frost till it breaks loose.
Place loosened frost in bucket.
Throw loosened frost in sink.
Turn back on.
Place food back in refrigerator.

unplug
open door
put towel in bottom to catch water
put fan in front to blow room air into ice & melt
poke & beat on it,gently, to remove ice chunks
use towel to dry walls be4 plugging in 4 next episode

at work? just unplug it overnight with well placed catch basin and lots of towels. Please do not use any tools to remove ice,you will kill the thing..
