None. That whole detox, rid your body of toxins, stuff is a complete pseudoscience combined with scam artists trying to get your money. The only time you ever need a detox, and I mean a true detox, is if you're a drug or alcohol abuser. That is done in a hospital intraveneously.

You should begin with a 3 day plan. One day eat raw (organic) fruit and veggies. Next day drink only fresh fruit and veggie juice. Fresh -like it is pureed within moments of eating. Last couple of hours before bed dilute with water by 50%. The third day drink only water and diluted juice until 4 or 5 pm and begin eating fresh, raw fruit and veggies again. next day eat little but reasonably normal food. Do some light walking or easy exercising during your fast - enough to break a sweat. Bath 2 times per day with out soap but use a loofa or other agitater as you will excrete toxins. Do this no more often then once per month.

Check with your doctor first.
Then try Isagenix (available online and at many health food stores). It involves a week-long cleanse of fasting days and specially formulated shakes. You can do longer sessions, but it's best to start slow. My friend has used it with good results and few side effects.
Personally I'm not a fan of cleansing, since people usually overdo it and starve themselves into a state of malnutrition and dehydration. Consult your doctor and be careful.

After checking with my doctor, I would fast. At least only have clear liquids for 2-3 days.
