How do I get my money????

A court ordered someone I was in an auto accident with to pay for damages to my vehicle. The amount is $7576, and I have never heard anything from him, or received a penny of the settlement yet. I live in Ky, does anyone have any advice on what I can do to get my money out of this man?

Getting an award is the easy part of the court system. Collecting is another story. Start checking into if the person owns property such as a house, car etc. You can get liens on these so they cannot be sold without you getting your money first. You can also check on garnishing wages.
