I have D.Brees and J.Harrington so I obviously need to pick up one more to be safe, here is my options, please rank at least your top 3.

D Anderson, Pennington, and Garcia are all spot choices. I wouldn't count on any one of them week in and week out. But if one has a favorable match up I'd spot start them.

Drop Harrington and pick up D. Anderson. I would also pick up J. Garcia. Hang on to Brees in case New Orleans turns things around.

Garcia is the best option in my opinion. He's the best west coast offense QB in the league on a team that just happens to run it.
