I had season tickets to Dodgers games in the early 1960's and saw Koufax pitch over 30 games at Dodger stadium, including one of his four no hitters. He is also my favorite all-time Dodger and without any question in my mind, the most dominant pitcher to ever play the game during those magical years from 1961 to 1964. All Dodger players of the last 50 years are ineligible, since the Dodger franchise came to an end on September 24, 1957. Although I have a world of respect for Sandy Koufax for risking the World Series for his religion, and coming back to pitch shuouts against a very good-hitting Twins team on three days rest (Game 5) and then two (Game 7) in 1965.

I am too young to appreciate Sandy Koufax or any of the other legendary names that have played throughout Dodger history. But the name that stands out for me is Don Sutton.
Oh, and lets not forget that other famous Don... Drysdale.

From anyone, I would agree with Koufax, of the people I have seen in my lifetime, I would go with Piazza.
Such a great hitter. Crappy catcher, but great hitter.
