Did you jump in bed from 4 feet out and NEVER hang your arms or feet over the edge? I did and it worked! I'm still here.

Yes, I did!! That's funny to remember such silly things we did as kids. I used to stand at my bedroom door and access the area around my bed that stood 8 feet from the doorway and, once I was certain that the monster was COMPLETELY underneath, I would get a running start and jump onto the bed, stuff myself way down under the covers and then listen carefully for any movement beneath me. If I didn't hear any noise, then I assumed I was successful and the monster would leave me alone in the night.!! I bet I did that for 7-8 years before I finally broke the bed rails and slept on the floor with my mattress and box springs because I had been told to STOP that before I broke it. I was alright that since the monster couldn't get under me then. I had the last laugh!! LOL

Thank God I stopped doing that. My husband would think I was NUTS if he saw that! hahahahahaha

Sandy :O)

I had a closet monster. I could never ever fall asleep with the closet door open- not even a crack! I still to this day close the closet door before bed and I know theres no closet monster!!!!! I use to turn my closet light on and then close the door. Each time I woke up in the night Id check to see if it was still closed!!!!!

Rather than spending $7,000 on counseling, my dad just cut the legs off my bed...

"Ain't no ******* monsters under there now, so go to sleep before I give you something to REALLY cry about" he said
