I doubt anyone would complain.
I had a friend who would use a blow-up doll in the passenger seat to get on the car-pool lane. People in other lanes appreciated the comedy.

i dont think so - carpool lane is to encourage people that are alive to conserve the car's energy and save the environment by riding together. dead people have better things to think about.
