LOL. Merely in the team photo of worst rock bands in the history of mankind. But give them credit on one front. We learned a new word from them, NICKELBACKING (I think Sookie deserves props for that). Definite parody, so long as you aren't forced to listen to them for any extended period.

Not a great rock band, but better than most at meeting midwestern mainstream rock values. Which is why they sell records but do not get critical acclaim. I do like the song Never Again!

I believe that Nickelback is a great rock band because their songs have meaning, they do not copy anyone, and their style is unique. They are a great band but they would not be a classic band.
