how can u tell a woman have size H or f in boobs.
just by looking at them?

You can't tell what cup size they are unless you ask.

And there are such sizes as H and F.

Yes, there is both a H and and F cup and you can't tell by looking. And I wouldn't ask strange women their bra size unless you want to be slapped.
