The Clash - they did a mix of punk rock, reggae, ska, rock, and even some disco/dance kind of music. Check out their album "London Calling."

Rancid does some reggae/ska stuff. Check out their "Life Won't Wait," "...And Out Come The Wolves," and "Indestructible" albums.

Slightly Stoopid and Pepper both sound kind of like Sublime, or at least they sound like they are trying to sound like Sublime (they're nowhere near as good).

You could also listen to Long Beach Dub All Stars or Long Beach Short Bus, which feature former members of Sublime.
