They just may do. Think of those cases where the supposed ghost came back to tell who murdered them, or that have lingered and haunted an area, place or home, until their last wishes were made done, or that have come back to save that family member or friend/stranger from danger, to comfort a loved one who grieves for them, or to wait until that loved one passes and joins them. All this denotes emotion though not yet proven to be so. Best not to hurt, summon, or manipulate them and consider them as you would your best friend or Loved one or stranger.

Interesting question this.
There are several theories regarding ghosts, and the answer would probably be different in each case.

One says that ghosts are a kind of record of traumatic past events embedded in the surrounding fabric and landscape and just 'replayed'. Obviously no feelings there.

Another says that ghosts are people trapped between worlds, who have died and not moved on. They are in a state of suspension and time has no meaning. They may have some emotional awareness and are likely to be troubled because it is their emotional state trapping them.

Another says that ghosts of people you knew are their spirits coming to contact you again. They will have emotional feelings and they are likely to be warm ones towards you.

It may be that all these explanations are equally valid and relate to different phenomena, but in general, ghosts are just the spirits of those who have died and are likely to have similar feelings to their earthly counterparts before they died.

Well you do get some pretty pissed off ghosts that lash out, especially the ones who are stuck in the places where they were murdered or died. SO if they can get angry, they can probably be sad, vengeful etc

depends if you believe in them or not,who really knows for sure ,there have been cases of poltergeists and they seem to be very cranky. lol , and the ghosts in the ammytiville horror were angry so i would say yes if they're real, also have cases of ghosts coming back looking for their loved ones so, yes

Yes they do. That is the reason for them being here on earth. They are sad because they can't seem to find their way. Some are angry because they don't know what is happening to them. Others are lost and confused because the feel some thing is off but they can not find what it is.

I don't think they have feelings like you and I. I do believe they have attachments from the times they came from, such as a person who was brutally murdered, or died horridly. They hang on to the anger or do not understand what has happened. So do they have unique feelings like us. Nah...
