I am a graduate of the University of NORTH Carolina at Chapel Hill...the oldest public university in the nation. I used to call my alma mater "Carolina."
But I moved to South Carolina about a year ago, and everyone down here calls the University of South Carolina "Carolina"...and it gets on my nerves. We were here first.
I was just curious what you guys from other states (or countries) thought "Carolina" was.

2 things come to my mind... first... the Carolina BBQ sauce that goes on baby back ribs! YUM! lol! always thinking of great food! And second... the song "Carolina on my Mind" by James Taylor. So good food and good music which definately go together!!!
