Under what circumstance?
If you had reinstalled it or updated it may have been the manner in which you updated.
You should contact Kaspersky about the situation.

Your computer? Not much.
Your email? Might not get to everyone you want to send it to, until you change your ip address, and your computer name / domain name, and or email address. I'd change all 3 to be sure.
The above assumes your computer acquired a virus, and that you weren't purposefully authoring mal-ware.
Otherwise, I'd sleep with one eye open until the feds loose interest in you, or turn yourself in for leniency.

depends on what you did to get blacklisted, you could get sued if you did something illegal that might have affected their sales, getting sued is the most you should worry about, they won't waste their time sending a hitman after you.
