i want to start my own buisness, and maybe use some for personal use i have bad credit just need some money to get on track.

If you have to pay, the website is a scam - don't fall for it.
There are next to no grants available for starting a business. The websites that claim otherwise are scams.
Many people get loans to start a business, but if your credit is bad, that won't be easy or likely. And a loan for personal use wouldn't be easy to qualify for either.
You might have to wait awhile, clean up your credit and get some money saved to open your business.
