I was just wondering, since there is a certain troll here (who shall remain nameless, but I think you know who he is) who keeps posting the SAME tedious questions over and over again about a certain ex-President who has been out of office for almost 30 years now. What psychological issues could this troll possibly have?:)

Maybe it has something to do with all that cheese this specific person has been consuming for so long. Too much dairy intake can wreak havoc on the digestive system.

That is a hard question to answer ,but maybe that person just did not like the way that President ran the Country and still has issues with him as a lot of people has issues with our current President and will be talking about him for the next fifty years or more

Just ignore it. That's what I do. The first time around, although it was a dig, it was cute. But after that, it became uncute real fast. And yet, 20+ people will continue to respond and ignore the questions that do seem to matter.

Thankfully, I don't know which troll you're talking about - someone obsessed with Carter, I assume?
And there is the issue - Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I always reply to these trolls that OCD is treatable.

Supercell, don't insult the autistic
I think it's just a case of someone who does not have a life. If that's all that person has to obsess about, then they need to get one.

properly, for one factor he's a secure objective for slander because of the fact public figures have no risk-free practices against that, and the slanderers might ought to coach their case for any punishment to settle for.

I am not sure what I would say to Jimmy Carter, to be honest. LOL
I think he/she just does it to be funny and/or annoying.
Some type of autism perhaps???
