For the license plate for the motorcycle you go to the Department of Licensing. For the license to ride the motorcycle you go to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

DMV......just tell them what you need, they will tell you how to get it, you just need your DL, registration for your bike, title, and documents like Birth certificate, and SS card, proof of residence as well!!! I hope this helps!

Go down to the DMV and apply for one. You will have to take a test and pass.
