Contact your county bar association and ask for a family law attorney that handles emancipations.

You should try following rules. If its your parents home and they have rules like being home before 10:00PM or not sneaking people into your room after they go to bed, you should follow those rules.

You are still a child and you make immature decisions. Your hormones are raging and you think the World owes you something and that if you can't get it at home, you'll run away!

Life isn't a party - the sooner you realize that the better.

You will look back in 20 years when your life is crap and meaningless and ask yourself why didn't you just listen to what they were trying to teach you.

If running away from your problem helps, go for it - no one helps more than family and if its tough it is because they love you.

Your family will "ALWAYS" be there for you - your friends only stick around as long as its fun or they get something out of it.

Think it through- life is short and family is important

Look in the phone book for a family attorney. You might also call your state Child Protective Services office and talk to them. They might be able to assign you with an Attorney Ad Lidem, especially since you were adopted and might already be in their 'system'.
