Anyone know the story behind "Ruth's 911 call" on YouTube?

There's this really horrible 911 clip on YouTube, I believe it is "Disturbing 911 call"... This elderly woman named Ruth calls 911 because she is frightened by a man lingering aroung her house, when out of nowhere she is attacked. It's really awful, bone-chilling. I want to know if it is real & what happened to her. Anyone know anything on this thanks!

OMG...
I have the same thing on my mind. I saw it too... and I feel so sad. hope it's not a joke because Ruth looks like the Sweetest.
