Maybe the company we are in bores us and it is a subtle way of letting them know it. I have been guilty of that and am trying to stifle it or move on to engage in conversation with others but if no one else is there-one is stuck. Depending on if it is evening, I can then excuse myself and plead that it is bedtime in my case.

Hello Ash!! When I'm feeling bored! I really enjoy playing the piano for a few hours! Or when I'm bored, I go to the park with a group of my friends to play some sport like cricket, tennis, soccer or book a court and play badminton! I also love to paint, sketch, make etchings when I'm bored. Or if it's just so boring, then I'll go out to the park or somewhere outside to get some fresh air and do some wild life photography and enjoy nature! When I'm bored I'll also email or text my friends to ask them how their days been going! And sometimes give one of my friends a ring on the telephone and chat for a while! The other thing that I do sometimes when I get bored is go and use the local gym or go swimming.

The reason you yawn is to air condition your brain, at least that's what they said on Good Morning America a couple of weeks ago...

I can just think about yawning and I yawn. "YAWN" see!! I think our breathing changes maybe its more shallow and we are not taking in enough oxygen, which causes us to yawn in order to take in more of it. "YAWN" see there I go again!
