LOL..."Jumping like Maniacs" is an understatement.
The truth is I gave up on the Rockies after they regained the lead in the 9th; I left my friends and took a walk in the backyard...then suddenly there were screams coming from everywhere; car horns, people....I thought the world had ended.
Anyway, the Padres has nothing to be ashamed of; they gave it their best. This was one of the best baseball game ever.

I was jumping around about 20 rows back from the Rockies dug out. It was the best moment I have ever witnessed at a sporting event. It's not easy being a Rockies fan. And only the 2nd time to the playoffs. As for the call, it was close. The call on the home run for the Rockies was even worse though. It was clearly out! Watch out Phillies.

The Rockies completed one of the greatest come backs in MLB history to get to the playoffs and if they can stay hot and win, it will go down in the history books as one of the best underdog stories ever. Many "so called" experts picked them to finish last in their division and now they are in the playoffs with a chance to win it all. The Rockies are 28th out of 30 teams in team payroll at just over $41 million, which just goes to prove that good players can get you to the playoffs and not just money.
