Our 1st was a surprise, we weren't trying & I was on the pill.

We figured that when it was time to start trying for number 2, it would be no problem- we could plan the due date, etc.
Ha-ha-ha, that didn't work! We tried for 5 months unsuccessfully; on the 6th month, it finally worked!

I wasn't actively trying to get pregnant with my first. We just decided if it happened, it happened. It took almost a year from the time we made that decision.

It took 2 months to get pregnant with my 2nd and the same with my 3rd.

I was pregnant with a 4th but had a miscarriage. We had decided we wanted another and 3 weeks later, I was pregnant.

I am now pregnant again. We decided to get pregnant immediately after the miscarriage, and it took us 2 mths.

I'm parent to one and well ¾ I guess we'll call him! It took 8 months to conceive my 1st (I'd been on the pill for 18 years prior to that). With the 2nd it seems to have taken about 5 minutes! We figured it would take a while since it did with our 1st but we figured wrong! We're going to plan a little better with the 3rd!

My first one was quick! Well, I guess it seemed that way since we werent planning the pregnancy. The second one: We were trying for about 7 or 8 months and then finally got successful!

My first one was 18 months when I got pregnant with my second. Both were pretty easy. I just charted and watched the signs from my body and it happened.

To be honest with you, I never had a single problem getting pregnant, one try on day of ovulation and that was it for me....I do understand that women who are trying for 3rd child find it much easier to get pregnant....I guess your body already knows the way.
