Well,
I was working with this incredibly large chested and beautiful women. She came over to me for some work advice and I accidentally asked her if she "chest the phone book." Fortunately, she thought I said "check." Very embarrassing and I could have been sued.

Hit a parked car that was waiting to make a turn because I failed to observe that I was in the wrong lane. This resulted in a law suit and I didn't have a job with that company much longer after that.

I pointed out all the incompetent things the boss was doing to wreck the company. Not surprisingly I got the sack haha. But it was satisfying to see the company collapse about a year later.

I misspelled the name of a website and got porn by mistake. And I work in an open office where everyone can see my computer monitor. Never closed a window so fast in my entire life!

EDIT: i should explain.....i'm a male school teacher in an elementary school. i am surrounded by women..... the teachers' lounge has two bathrooms, but since there's only two men on campus, BOTH are for everyone. i had to use the bathroom terribly one day and i went in there right before the bell rang for the other teachers to come in.
right as i was getting out, they were coming in......... opinions changed that day. :)
i accidentally used the bathroom....i will suffer stomach agony in order to avoid this happening again. lol

I was training to be a waitress in a pizza shop, & dropped a HOT pizza in a mans lap. I cried for hours. My boss paid for the dry cleaning.

A penny that was lying around on the floor. My vacuum would start to smoke, and smell like penny, the most horrid smell, in my opinion.

I left the door unlocked and someone came in, during the night, and stole a bunch of stuff....including the office computer and color printer

today at work when iwas getting a wood pallet off a stack of pallets, a piece of the pallet broke apart and it hit me in the face and now i have 2 big gashes..one nder my eye and one next to my eye.
