Does someone mind telling me why the hell this album is out of print?? Breaking Atoms is a long forgotten classic. Because of this, I never knew that Large Professor was this nice on the mic. Sh*t, I never even knew he rapped before this album. The rhymes are ahead of their time and the beats are even further ahead of their time. Scratch's and Kut's DJing is the perfect icing for Large Professor's beats. "Just a Friendly Game of Baseball" is one of the best songs ever. Using baseball metaphors to describe police brutality was perfect and sounds like something Nas would do. Speaking of Nas, "Live at the Barbeque" was one of hip-hop's most epic posse cuts ever.

Wow....are we simply jocking Large hard enuff....you know since i can call him up right now and he would be sitting on his computer reading some s hit (they called him the Professor for a reason!!!)....to know that some cats gave him the props he deserves would make him hella happy....but it makes him hella sad when most folks dont know who he is....i heard some new beats of his like 7 months ago (not the beat tape he released you suckas!!! it was some unreleased dopeness that he is still brewing) his shits is still bananas but nobody is checking for him no more...and that is why hip-hop is really gettin f ucked up....cuz nobody gives the respect to the originators anymore....it sucks....but to even know Large is a honor to me that i let him know anytime i see him....cuz them shits is that deep to me....i love this music
