And do you have a credible source for this incredible revelation?
You don't realize that most "I've heard that.........." facts are actually false, or at least highly exaggerated?

I wouldn't know if MOST American women cheat, I only know that the women I know as well as myself have never done so. Why don't you start out and start asking MOST women in America...it will probably take you quite some time...

I dont know that most american women are cheating on their husbands. Men cheat just as well as women...and it happens more than in America.

I totally believe that's true. Here's why. All these american men are so caught up with work and money making that their household is no longer a priority. They neglect their women and the women end up getting attention elsewhere and everything then falls apart. The End.

I would say there is a good majority of American MEN having affairs in their marriages--my husband is one---he had affair in his recent past. Left a 30+ year marriage for old classmate, the class mate and he had an affair, and then he married the old classmate. When the wedding ring was on the finger, the thrill was over and that marriage lasted less than one year.

Unfortunately, I cannot answer for 'most American women'...but I can answer for myself.
When my future spouse and I first got together, that was it for me. No checking out what might be available, what I may have missed, what someone else had that he didn't--nothing like that. I had made a commitment, and was more than happy to stick with it. I have never been able to see the forest for the tree that is my darling. No one else exists; and even though he may not be perfect, he is perfect for me because he is mine and I'm his. This works for me.
We have been married for more than 20 years...

to 1985 and going strong, I totally agree w/ how she believes! there is no reason to ever go looking...ever! I am an American woman, and have never cheated on my hubby, ever, and never will...you say most? I think it's just "some", perhaps 10 percent... I don't know, just a guess... but I never have and never will, cheat on my husband, ever!

I cheated on so-called-boyfriends...but never someone I was serious with. I would call things off before I cheated, because it is a painful experience...maybe worse than even breaking up. If you really, really LOVE someone, you won't cheat. Bottom line.

No. Most women are good to their husbands. There are some that do evil hurtful things, but it's not as common as most people think.
