Why would you be scared what will happen in court? Is it just because i mean there my kid's how can i not be scared what the judge might say even though i really have nothing to worry about?

It is normal to be scared going to court. Just keep telling yourself it will be OK, that I did nothing wrong.

Divorce is scary enough without having to worry about custody decisions. Have faith and know that you are a good parent. You can't even 100% know what a judge will rule, but hang in there. This too shall pass and you will come out on the other side stronger than before.

What is the real question here? What are you going to court over? Is this a custody hearing? Divorce court? Did someone turn you in for child abuse? You did not give any indications in your question here so it is very hard to answer. So I would say based on your question that you just want to hear that, NO YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. If you would like more of an answer please be more specific and I would try to help.

I know what you mean. I did nothing wrong when I went to court but he found it against me...I am fighting to get it reversed now, but I don't have children involved...just belongings. Just make sure you go in with a strong case and make sure you are heard and the judge is paying attention to both of you...mostly you!

If you haven't done anything then you don't need to worry...Haven't you heard of "the burden of proof"?
