I've lived in 5 apartments in my life. Of all those apartments, all of the managers' attitudes have ranged from mildly rude to down right sneaky and mean! Why is this? They have also all been white women, varying in ages. The current apartment I am in has probably the worst/meanest management of all the apartments I have lived in--and that's pretty bad.
Seriously, has anyone else noticed this? They are some of the unhappiest people in the world.

So i think that no longer the main respected human beings flow in and a few of those human beings do no longer finished their lease, and have no theory of why the owner is suing them. regrettably, it works in opposite for some human beings. basically remember that there are constantly greater effective than one area, and a few day it would desire to be you figuring out on a tenant. reliable success.

Land lords deal with all kinds of people from respectable to dead beats who string them out on the rent every month.
I'm surprised you are having such poor results with your managers I work with tons of property people and most of them are very professional.
one things for sure though if you don't pay your rent they will be diligent to see that you do! that's there job and what the property owner pays them to do .

Have you ever noticed that 99% of tenents are retards that cant pay their rent on time and come up with BS excuses of why they would rather do drugs than pay the rent?

They are not paid to be nice, they are paid to make sure that you get the rent in on time, and don't bother other people.
I assume that they think that intimidating people will send the message not to mess with them.

I`ve had a mixed bunch. The worst was an Israeli, whose rudeness was quite repulsive.
