I had a miscarriage in June and we started trying again at the beginning of September. I took a test yesterday morning and a very faint line appeared. thus, i am pregnant, then in the evening when i went to the washroom and wiped there was very faint pink on the toilet paper. I am so scared that i will have another miscarriage. I feel a little crampy today but i think it is just that im scared and expecting to feel it and that is why i feel it. any advice?

I'm so sorry you lost your baby and trust God is giving you the comfort and healing you need. It is very normal to worry about subsequent pregnancies when you have miscarried, but the fact is, your chances are excellent of carrying a baby to term providing you have no diagnosed medical problem.

Every pregnancy in a healthy woman carries about the same risk of miscarriage. Having 1 prior miscarriage does not raise your risk at all.

Please try not to worry. Spotting (and even bleeding) is common in early pregnancy, esp. around the time you test positive, but mention it to your doctor anyway. I have had cramping with every one of my pregnancies and there was never a problem.

Soon you will be able to hear a heartbeat which will give you BLESSED relief.

first of all it is normal to have light spotting and cramping during the beginning of pregnancy. i know, it would totally freak me out too, but i had menstrual like cramping through the first month of my pregnancy, in fact, i knew i was pregnant because i didn't get a period and had cramping for around 3 weeks..
i would call your OBGYN about the spotting just to be safe and give yourself peace of mind, and if it becomes heavy blood flow MOST DEFINITELY CALL or go in!

congrats and i hope you have a healthy pregnancy

if you had a miscarriage in June and started trying about Sept that's nearly the recommended 3 months as i understand it, i have a cousin who did the same and carried her second pregnancy to full term has a beautiful daughter. good luck

How far were you when you had the m/c? I hope that the positive you are getting isn't from the previous pregnancy. Since it was so light it could possibly be. You may wanna talk to your doctor before you do anything. Having a m/c in june that would only give you one month to get your cycle straight, and that isn't much time at all. The bleeding may just be your cycle getting back to normal. Good luck

First off relax. It's normal to have light spotting see your doctor right away if it gets bright red. Usually after a miscarriage the odds of going full term are really high.

I'm sorry about your previous miscarriage, but try not to stress right now. It doesn't help the current pregnancy. I really think you should make an appointment to see your Dr. It is not unusual to have cramping in early pregnancy though. I did. Kept thinking I was going to start my period, but didn't.
good luck and Congrats!

I am sorry that you've had to experience a miscarriage before. I think you should call your doctor. Given the fact that you've had a previous, recent miscarriage, you should be monitored closely. Your doctor can also answer and questions about extra precautions that you should take.

I wish you the best of luck
