my hubby is 44 i am 25 we are trying to have a baby.what are our chances of having a healthy baby?

Oh most definitely!!! If you and hubby have any concerns, have a semen analysis done. My OB told me that if there is an issue with sperm, it can take three months or more to correct. I would recommend a test, but his age alone should not be of a concern.

Very probably, but you may want to have an analysis done. It's not true that men's sperm quality is just as good when they are older as when they are younger. Recent studies have linked a host of problems in children to the increasing age of fathers.

But 44 is hardly old, so you should be fine.

Yes you can have a healthy baby. Have your man's sperm checked for quantity as well as quality. My hubby got a sperm anaylsis and they count them and check that they are are freely moving and that there are not malformed ones and that they are all similar and uniform in size and shape. as long as you are healthy you shouldn't have any problems! my neighbors were already both in their 40s when they decided to have their first and he is a very healthy 12 year old now!

He can have babies way past 75 with no effect............... go for it.....

its your side that is the conern as you get older but women are having babies at an older age now then ever before.....

yes you can, but it might be a lil bit harder because his sperm count goes down the older he gets.
