Eat like you normally do - a healthy and balanced diet - and stop when you feel full. When you're pregnant it's better to eat frequent smaller meals.
Avoid shellfish, sushi, undercooked meats, soft cheeses, caffeine, alcohol and fish with high levels of mercury.
Also take your prenatal vitamins.

You want to eat healthy foods, and a LOT of em.
Obviously, you want to increase your calorie intake, as you are eating for two. However, you dont' want "empty" calories (fast food, junk food,etc.). Of course, you can eat that stuff occasionally, but don't eat it every single day if you can help it.
Fruits and veggies, protein, "healthy" fat (fat from meats as opposed to McD's fries), etc.
Stay away from caffeine if possible. I still had a coke every now and then, and it didn't do any damage...but it's still not good for the baby.
Your doctor should be able to tell you how many calories you should be eating a day.
If you feel hungry, then EAT...your body is already starving itself by that point.
Eat several times a day as well. Three meals, with snacks in between. Lots of MILK or calcium enriched foods, because your body will EAT it up...
Good luck!

Eat a healthy well balanced diet. Lots of fruits and veggies, make sure you're taking in enough calcium. Have snacks in between, drink lots of water, and don't forget your prenatal vitamins. Good Luck
