and he cums in the woman, a week before her period... assuming she became pregant, would she still miss that following period or would it take a month?

It depends...... with my daughter my period stopped immediately with my son however I had two periods after conception. Get a EPT or go to birthright preg tests are free.

If you are pregnant, you will miss your period.
You do not skip a cycle.

It all depends on when she ovulates, the week before a period would be very late ovulation though. Everyone is different.

from personal experience...still got my period the following week but very short and light. took a test that came back negetive. waited another month and missed period completely. took another test and positive!

This is a common question. According to federal guidelines and regulations, the time that she missed would have to be added on to another period when she was no longer pregnant. Please refer to the proper government manuals. She might get some time reduced from her period for good behavior.
