Hugh Laurie has a very decent American accent in House...I was quite surprised...unlike Nicola Bryant as Peri in Doctor Who, who would slip back and forth and use British words, such as "lift" instead of the American "elevator" etc.

Now back to the question...um, Gordon Brown?

Definitely Hugh Laurie.... mordant and petulant as Dr. House.. but it's endearing.
