not boring long ones that dont relate to teenage girls...i almost wish that the hills or somethng would come out with a book series...or like laguna beach...but anyways any kind of book that is sorta like teenage girl ones...imnot sure though

If you're looking for young adult books, try anything by Meg Cabot (esp. the Princess Diaries series and her latest novel Jinx), Carolyn Mackler (esp. Love and other four letter words), Ally Carter (esp. I'd tell you I love you, but then I'd have to kill you), Hailey Abbott (Getting lost with boys), and Amanda Davis' Wonder When You'll Miss Me.
E. Lockhart, Laura Ruby, Cecil Castellucci, Sara Ryan and Lauren Myracle (ttyl trilogy) also have some good books for teenage girls.

handmaid's tale by margaret atwood. you might or might not understand it but i really enjoyed reading it in high school and it's still one of my favorites
