I am not from your country (we do not have jsa here) so my answer is only opinion, based on what is normal here in the Netherlands.

Maybe you should talk with the people you have to sign with?

In many countries you are allowed a bit of holidays even when getting unemployment benefit, (although they may decide not to pay you for the days you are not in the country.)
Maybe it is best to phone in and not reveal it is about your own trip.
Signing off and on is mostly the worst decision, as you can not prove you have had a job in between.
Often if you sign off without the officials knowing why you will loose all rights to any money.
