It varies from seller to seller.

Just send them a quick message explaining that your payment to them may be slightly delayed and that you are sorry for the inconveniance and I am sure they will understand.

Depends on the seller's conditions.

Contact them and let them know how long it will be before you can pay. Try and work out something there.

depends on how long the other user wants to wait, just email the seller and tell them your situation i am sure if you are going to pay they will not object
