Umm, any Libras here...???Plz answer my question...?

I'm a Capricorn and I want to understand your way of perceiving the world. I know they're both Cardinal, Libra and Capricorn yet they are air and earth and that means we have many differences...So, I would appreciate it if you helped me see the world the way you see it. Until now I've read that you believe in balance, justice and equality. However, someone can say that you are very influenced by other people and indecisive. Tell me what's YOUR viewpoint..I know it can't be like this.The same thing happens with Capricorn,too. I mean other signs don't understand us. It's just that I can't understand how it is, how YOU see it..Please help me understand.

Libra here. September 30th. My sis is a Cap and we fight like cats and dogs. it's so strange
Anyway, Libras do value justice, equality, and balance. We always want harmony. However, as you have mentioned, that can be a problem. Since we are so interested in having things "just" and "fair" we are able to see both sides of a conflict very clearly. Because of that, we have a hard time making decisions. Usually people make decisions based on what they think is right or fair. However, because we see both sides and we can see the pros/cons of each side, we often have difficulty making a decision. Also, we are very influenced by others because we believe in looking at both sides of the story...that being said, we can easily understand and accept another persons point of view. That makes us come off as easily influenced. It's very frustrating being a Libra. Although I love my sign, sometimes it's hard when you feel like you read too deeply into things and are "too" fair to the point of being undecided and "torn" between two options. Hope this helps you understand us better! My Cap sis can't understand me for beans!

I'm a Libra and I have some cousins from my dad side of the family that are Capricorns and they are not open-minded like me. I get along with some of them, but the thing is we disagree with alot of things. If we get into an argument we will start yelling and we stopped quickly, because there will be chaos. Being a Libra, I want to see things fair. When I see something that is not right, I will go crazy yelling at myself "its not fair!, its not fair", futhermore, I'm afraid to do something about, the reason is, I may cause some chaos. I'm to easily influenced and very open-minded. I see both sides of an argument and somehow I'm easily influence by others. This also causes Libras to get taken advantaged of and Libras try to please people too much. I like being a Libra, but it is not easy. If you want to see the world as Libras do, start by being open-minded.

im very influenced by people.. i have to ask everyone what they think before i make a decision.. i must weigh ALL pros and cons of every situation! if i just make a decision without doing this i'll feel very incomplete and will constantly be reviewing my decision and most likely be flipping back and forth between decisions.
so in this way, i look at all sides of every argument/situation.. i like balance and to be fair..
i hate it when people are closed minded and only believe in their opinions and conclude that they're opinion is the right one, even with no evidence. i hate it when people disregard other people's opinions because it isn't like theirs. and even with evidence that supports the opposite opinion to theirs, they still believe THEY are right. This really angers me.. and usually i just have to say, 'it's just my opinion' to end the argument, or else it will just drag on and on until they get the last word in.

i also have a Cap sister who i find very closed minded and unwilling to accept anything but her own opinion. she also thinks she's above everyone else.. when i used to ask her for help with maths she would explain a bit, and when i asked more questions on it she would just walk away like i'm really dumb and should know it, and like i should be soooo grateful that she gave me that tiny bit of information. i don't ask her for help on anything anymore.
We just don't get along.

i have trouble telling people no because i dont want to hurt any ones feelings .. i get so mad when i watch the news or hear about a hate crime , its just not right . i like everyone but at the same time i hate them . i guess it depends on the way my scales are tipped ....now if your asking about a libra man i find them to be very nasty and all about their ego and were both a little stubborn .......anyways we think we can have it all because were so good at getting what we want.... but that's just me ... hope this helPS ps my mom is a cap an we get along but we dissagee alot

I am a Libra also, and Rebecca pretty much has it covered, except that Libra men tend to be more self centered, and are constantly looking for something better than they have, unless they are truly in love.

Hi, Capricorn! I'm a Libra, and my best friend is a Capricorn. How we perceive the world...hmmm.... Well, like our sign suggests, we like everything to be balanced. Not too much. Not too little. We also like things to be fair, both in appearance and in situations. We love beauty (that's because we're ruled by Venus), so anything from shiny jewelry to a pretty butterfly will grab our attention and make us smile. But we like things to be fair in terms of justice. And in that fairness, we need to see the world from every point of view imaginable. And no point of view is necessarily better than another. Because we want to appreciate all points of view, this makes us incredibly indecisive. How can we choose when there are so many wonderful options out there? Since we like beauty, justice, and peace, we tend to let other people have a great influence on us. We hate conflict, so we'll do everything we can not to rock the boat or to keep the boat from rocking. This allows more dominating people to push their views on us, and we, afraid of upsetting the other, will go along. So yes, we Libras get walked all over all the time (at least I do). But seeing that we've made another person happy makes us happy. When everyone around us is happy and at peace, the Libra's scales are balanced. Being an Air Sign, we respond with intellect. And being a Cardinal Sign, we like to instigate the ideas. So we'll come up with new ideas and different perceptions all the time. And then we totally go with it...that is until another idea pops into our head. It makes us very flighty but fun to talk to. We're the sign of partnership, so we love being in relationships. However, we're flighty and like air, you can't pin us Libras down. We're very social and flirty. We love to get to know people and more so, get to know their ideas and points of view. It's like going on a fun vacation to a Libra. I know some Libras aren't very good at being faithful, but I am. I just like flirt and socialize (but no touching). That means that whoever I'm with needs to trust me. If you get too domineering and nasty (we hate abrasiveness), we'll run and you'll never see us again! Cardinal signs like to be the leaders, but Libras are diplomats and don't want to lead with a forceful, powerful hand, as Aries can. I say, we'll sit in the passenger's seat of the car but will subtly, diplomatically, and charmingly put our hand on the steering wheel and guide the car to where we want to go. This usually bothers other Cardinal signs that want to direct where we go (I dated a Cancer and he was like that). Because we like to present ourselves beautifully, give witty anecdotes, soak up other's perceptions, and weigh out everything in the world, this makes us very charming.

So yeah, most people I know like Libras. The ones that don't can't stand their flighty natures. We just jump from one idea to the next, not caring where it may take us. This can bother a Capricorn, which is a very goal-driven sign. And we can work when we want to, but we also need times of rest. When we're in a time of rest, forget it, we want to be lazy and we're going to be lazy. Eventually, we'll get our butts up and do something again. And when we do work, we work our tails off.
