Fill out a FAFSA form - you can get it at the school you want to attend or at most public libraries. You can fill out the form online. Most of the help is loans, but depending on your circumstances you might be eligible for grants for part of your expenses.

Have you talked to the financial aid office of the school you want to attend? They can probably advise you on what you might be eligible for.
