i need to file a sexual harssment complaint, on my supervisor but dont have enough money for a lawyer what are my options? is there state funded organizations i could use?

There should be a legal aid society in your area...check the phone book and see if they can help.

Your state should have an agency to handle these complaints for free. They might go by the names Human Relations Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Office, Human Rights Office, etc. Depending on where you live there may also be a separate Federal level office of EEOC. Check your telephone directory or state website.

You need to file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

If its your supervisor you need to go to the owner of the company. It's the companies responsibility to take care of this NOT you to hire a lawyer. Good Luck.

Call the labor board, they will help.
