i am 32 yrs old, my period is regguler but some times after period, day of 11 or 12 , i am suffering spot ( bleading ) problem for only one day. So i am asking , is it any wrong & normal. & in this case which day is best for sex.

It could be ovulation. NO day is safe for sex. A woman can get pregnant on ANY day in her cycle. If you don't want a baby, then use protection.
(And stop posting the same question. It's against the guidelines)

This is probably the day you ovulate, the day your ovaries pop out an egg to be fertilized. Sometimes we can bleed a little bit on that day (spot bleeding).

I have the same problem. I have had tests done and everything is fine. As far as the best day for sex? I don't know. Everyday is best for me! LOL!

That means you're ovulating, and MOST likely to get pregnant.
