how can i put a pic up on the internet so that any1 can c it clickin on url (but without puttin it on an actual website)??
when u click u just c the pic there on an empty page

Use an image hosting site; eg: www.photobucket.com
Set the image to private or public. :)

Hi. You would need your own site. Have you looked at "Photo Bucket"? The URL points you just to an image.

u can upload it in any image uploader sites and get the link from that site. then u use that link in ur site. so that u can jest show the link instead of actual picture. if any 1 clk on the link then the pic vl be opened.
