If you mean hottest as in carries the most energy, then violet light carries the most energy of the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum. Higher energy electromagnetic radiation (utlraviolet, X-rays, gamma rays) is not visibile to the human eye.
Red is commonly thought of as a hot colour because when things are hot they often glow red. However, as objects get hotter, the light they emit moves towards the violet end of the spectrum. It's just that in everyday life things rarely get hot enough to glow blue or violet, so therre is this misconception that red is a hot colour.

I'm not sure this is a sensible question. "Heat" is a property of matter, while a rainbow is light. What is the most energetic light? The blue end - ultraviolet if that is allowed as a color.
What would feel warmest? Towards the red side, as it is closest to the infrared end of the spectrum (the range of energies which vibrationally excites matter, which we perceive as heat).
